Delete your data

You can delete your Muuza account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the Muuza app.

  2. Go to Settings → Delete My Data.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

We will delete your data within 30 days.

By email

If you can’t use the in-app option, email info@muuza.io with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address you registered with, or — if you used Muuza anonymously — any details that may help us locate your data (such as the dates you used the app).

We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

What is deleted

  • Your account, if you created one (email, password, profile)

  • All survey responses (discharge, period, pregnancy)

  • Any photos you uploaded

  • Any reports generated from your entries

  • Any link to a partner clinic

  • Your app settings and preferences

What may be retained

  • A minimal audit record confirming your deletion request was received and completed

  • Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you

  • Anything we are legally required to keep

Anonymous use of the app

If you used Muuza without creating an account, your data is linked to a device-generated identifier rather than to your name or email. The easiest way to delete it is to use the in-app Delete My Data option while the app is still installed.

If you have uninstalled the app, we may not be able to locate or delete data linked only to that device identifier, because we have no way to verify which records belong to you. Where this happens, we will tell you and explain what, if anything, we can do.
